One of the student who provide this information to me inform me that permission fee is 10 $. But if you share your concern in detail with author, they give permission free.

@aamir thanku very much for ur response. I am looking for Wagnild and Young's resilience scale. With 25 items. I have all the english permissions and looking for its urdu version.
