Hi!

This is copyright content, however following are the information:

(PDF) The short form BSRI: Instrumentality, expressiveness and gender associations among a United Kingdom sample (researchgate.net)

In this article provide items of short form and details how to use it. you can read it.

The Bem Sex-Role Inventory (BSRI) is a self-rating inventory of masculine, feminine, and neutral personality characteristics; the BSRI score is calculated in a way that reflects the relative weight of the scores on the independently measured Masculinity scale and Femininity scale.

Ratings rank from 1 to 7, with a mean of 4

  • Femininity: 2.85
  • Masculinity: 1.6
  • Neutral items: 3.8

Interpretation:

  • If both your Femininity and Masculinity score are above 4, you are 'androginous'.
  • If both your Femininity and Masculinity score are below 4, you are 'undifferentiated'.
  • The neutral items are not further interpreted

Dear Mr Ranjha,

Many thanks for sharing the article along with the scoring. I need another favour regarding accessing the authors' email addresses in order to get consent to use the inventory. I have been searching for it lately but unable to get it. Is there any suggestion to find the email address?

Thank You
