I hope this email finds you well. As your excellent service benefited me earlier, I came back to seek help again. I am using Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument in my research. But couldn't find Author's email for asking his permission. Please Provide me with his Email so that i can reach out to him. Further, if you have this scale, provide me with too.
