We would like to use the material "Academic Stress Scale" by Kohn and Frazer of 1986, but I have no idea where to keep in touch with the original author of the tool. Is there any way that we can get an original copy of the tool mentioned?

Another thing, our institution requires us to get a letter that we are allowed to use the said material. Thanks in advance!

Our institution requires us to present a letter from the author that they are giving us permission to use the said material. Is it possible that we can get a written from you instead? Thanks in advance!

To whom it may concern,

I am Willmay Bethriz Pabalan, a BS Nursing student. I am doing my BS from Our Lady of Fatima University. I am currently doing my research study along with my group members.

The problem we have is that I need to take permission for using the ACADEMIC STRESS SCALE questionnaire by Kohn and Frazer of 1986. While looking into your website, we saw the said material and I was thinking if you might help me to get in contact with the authors or any individual that has the authority for giving permission to use it.

We thank you wholeheartedly.

@wpabalan02 here are your required info

It gets tricky with older scales because there weren't internet sites to post things to. James P. Kohn died in 1999.

Gregory H. Frazer is now a Dean at the University of Southern Alabama (email = frazer@southalabama.edu; telephone 251-445-9254)

For more information kindly read our post where we disicuss about this scale and download the attachment
