This scale is a trademark of The Resilience Center ( http://www.resiliencecenter.com).
Currently, the website of the resilience Center is not working but I check through the archive system.
Resilience Center set this scale as paid and a fee of this scale for individuals is 75$ for students.
If you directly contact the author Gail Wagnild (Click here for Linkedin Profile) and second author Heather M. Young (Click here).
However, The most common practice of Students observed that they use without permission.
If you wish to reproduce or translate this scale you must need to take permission or buy the copy.
