I am doing research on psychological well-being, general health, and caregiver burden among caregivers of children with thalassemia. I need the world Health Organization-5 Questionnaire (WHO,2015), in the Urdu version.
The purpose of this homepage is to make the WHO (Five) Well-being Index (WHO-Five, WHO-5, or WBI) in all existing language versions available to all interested parties. The questionnaires are available in pdf-format.
Any deviation from the WHO-Five language versions posted on this WHO-Five Website should be clearly marked in the altered language version and in an English back translation in any documents dealing with the use of the altered version.
The reason(s) for the new wording should be clearly stated here.
This is to allow other researchers to determine whether the alteration(s) could influence the validity of the altered version in different research settings.
